How do I place an order?

Shopping at battesimo.love is easy:

  1. From the product page, choose your size and quantity.

  2. Click Add to Bag.

  3. When ready, click the Shopping Bag icon at the top of the page and follow checkout instructions.

How quickly will my order be processed?

  • Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. PST, Mon–Fri: Processed within 1–2 business days (unless noted otherwise at checkout).

  • Delivery times after processing:

    • Flat Rate Standard – up to 21 business days

    • Rush Delivery – up to 10 business days

    • Express Delivery – available for an additional charge

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — call 1-437-452-7002 within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best, but if your order is already in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.


When will my personalized order ship?

Personalized items take 2–3 business days before shipping.
If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, they will ship together.
Need the in-stock items sooner? Call us to arrange separate shipping (extra fees may apply).


If I add an item, will I pay shipping twice?

No — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can add items without extra shipping costs. Call us as soon as possible at 1-437-452-7002.


Do you have a physical store?

We’re an online-only boutique. But with our friendly customer service, easy returns, and willingness to send extra photos and videos, you can shop with confidence.


How do I choose the right size?

Use our Battesimo size chart, based on your child’s actual measurements (chest is most important) rather than just age or weight.
Tip: Always allow 1–2 inches for comfort. For long gowns, height isn’t as important since they extend past the feet.


Should I wash the outfit before the event?

No — washing before the event may damage delicate fabrics, lace, and ribbons.
Instead:

  • Remove from packaging a day or two before.

  • Hang and steam gently to refresh.

  • For ironing, use a low setting with tissue paper or cotton fabric as a barrier.

  • After the ceremony, we recommend professional dry cleaning.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Discover/Novus, and PayPal.


Is my payment secure?

Yes — we use SSL encryption along with PayPal and Skrill’s secure technology to protect your data.
For security, we do not accept orders via email. Phone orders are welcome: 1-437-452-7002.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to many countries in Europe, Asia, Pacific, North America, the Middle East, U.S. Territories, and Military APO/FPO addresses. International billing addresses are also accepted.
