  • HOW DO I PLACE ORDERS?

Ordering at BATTESIMO Online shop is easy. From the product page, simply select the size of the item you would like and the quantity and click "Add to Bag". When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to check out. If you would like additional assistance placing an order, please contact Customer Service at 1-307-381-8190 / 1-929-588-7694. For credit card security, we do not accept orders via email.

  • HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All domestic orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise indicated on our shipping page in checkout). Flat Rate Standard delivery takes up to 21 business days after your order has been processed.

Rush delivery takes up to 10 business days after your order has been processed. Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box/APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories are shipped via U.S.P.S Priority Mail or UPS Surepost.

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to change or cancel your US order, please contact Customer Service at 1-307-381-8190 / 1-929-588-7694 within 30 minutes of placing your order Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM. to 6:00 PM (PST). We’ll do our best to cancel your order at this point. However, please keep in mind that our systems are designed to get orders on the way as quickly as possible, and we’ll be unable to cancel your order if it’s already entered our shipping & handling process.

  • WHEN WILL MY COMPLETE ORDER SHIP IF IT IS PERSONALIZED?

All our orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. An order that include an item with a personalization, we will ship altogether at one time during 2-3 business days. If you would like the in-stock items to ship right away, you can contact customer service to arrange a separate shipment, though there may be an additional shipping charge. We do note the expected ship by date for all personalized items when ordering, so please make sure to select a shipping method that will have your order to you in time for your event!

  • IF I WANT TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER - SHALL I BE CHARGED SHIPPING AGAIN?

As long as the order hasn't shipped out yet, you will NOT be charged additional for shipping! Try to contact us at 1-307-381-8190 / 1-929-588-7694 as soon as you realize you forgot to add the item.

  • DO YOU HAVE ANY STORE AS I AM NOT USED TO ORDERING ONLINE?

We are an online store only, but our easy Return and Exchange policy along with our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service reps allow you to shop easily and with confidence so you have the best online shopping experience possible. We are always ready to send additional photos and videos.

  • WHAT SIZE IS THE RIGHT SIZE?

Select the right size for that special child using our Battesimo size chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit. When in doubt, our friendly Customer Service reps are happy to help with sizing at 1-307-381-8190 / 1-929-588-7694.

Take into account that we really say to go more by the baby's actual measurements than by age or weight since babies can vary in size. A short but chunky 6 month old baby might need a 9-12mo gown since their chest would measure larger and the height isn't important for longer gowns that go past the baby's feet! The longer gowns only come in either 3-6mo or 9-12mo since the chest is the only important measurement and there isn't a big enough difference between those sizes and a 6-9mo size to need it as well. Check the baby's chest measurement against the sizing chart, but be sure to allow 1-2 inches for wiggle room!

  • SHOULD I WASH MY OUTFIT BEFORE MY BABY WEARS IT OR AFTER CHRISTENING OR COMMUNION?

We do not recommend washing your baby's outfit before they wear it on event day! Water, heat, and detergents can affect the shape and color of the outfit. Water can actually damage the delicate textile, lace, and ribbon used for your special outfit. We do recommend taking your outfit out of the packaging and allowing it to hang for a day or two and then steam before the event to refresh the material! If you do wish to iron stubborn wrinkles, use it on a low setting and use either tissue paper or a layer of white cotton in between to keep the materials safe from water drops or overheating.

After the ceremony you may have your garments dry-cleaned.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and Discover/Novus). We also accept PayPal Payments.

  • IS MY CREDIT CARD SECURE?

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. For instance, when credit card information is transmitted, we use SKRILL and PayPal encryption. Both methods are the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today.

The protection of your personal information is important to Battesimo, and as a result, we do not accept orders via email. We will gladly accept your order by phone at 1-307-381-8190 / 1-929-588-7694.

  • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, battesimo.love currently ships to several countries in Europe, Asia & Pacific, North America, and the Middle East as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa).   • I HAVE SEEN YOU OUTFITS FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE ON ANOTHER WEBSITE. CAN I BUY THESE OUTFITS FROM YOUR SITE AT THIS PRICE?

We are aware of these sites that are using our pictures without our permission. These are usually websites from China that have stolen our photos and claim they can re-create and mass produce our designs at a lower cost.

The way they achieve this is by using cheap materials, and we have heard from customers who have purchased from these sites (before shopping with us) that their items are nothing like ours or are sometimes not delivered at all.

We are a very small, family owned company, and all of our collections are designed in-house by our owner for exclusive sale by our company. Our photos are copyrighted and we are constantly working on having these stolen images removed from these websites, but this process does take some time.
