Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges for Your Battesimo Orders

BATTESIMO RETURN POLICY

Everything is returnable and exchangeable (excluding personalized items and face masks) within 45 business days from the day of purchase. Items must be with original packaging, unwashed, unworn, undamaged to be accepted back.

Once we receive the items the full refund will be made within 1-2 days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 2-3 business days to be reflected on your account.

Shipping costs of 10 USD will be withheld from your refund total to cover original shipping charges if you received Free Shipping and then returned items, causing the total of items kept on that order to fall below $149 USD.

BATTESIMO EXCHANGE POLICY

Place a new order for any new items or sizes that you require, and then follow the return instructions to send back the unused items for a refund. If you placed an exchange order and paid for exchange shipping, this will not be deducted from your refund total.

Exchange shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer unless a mistake was made on the order. If you placed an exchange order and paid for exchange shipping, this will not be deducted from your refund total
