We understand that christening is a once-in-a-lifetime moment — and your little one’s outfit needs to be perfect. That’s why we offer a thoughtful return policy while keeping our garments in pristine condition for every family.

Return Policy

1. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
2. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging
• Free of any stains, perfume, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the quality and hygiene of our garments, we do not accept returns on:

• Personalized or custom-made items (e.g. embroidery, sizing)
• Worn or altered garments
• Final sale or discounted pieces
• Returns requested after 14 days

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If your order included free shipping, a $10 fee will be deducted

Exchanges

• To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired size or style
• Return the original item for a refund
• Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an error was made on our part
