Find the Perfect Fit: Size Guide for Christening, Communion & Special Occasion Outfits
How are baby sizes measured?
The main measurements used are chest, height, and head circumference. Your pediatrician will track these at each checkup to make sure your little one is growing as they should. The chest measurement is taken around the fullest part, just under the armpits.
Height is measured from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet. And the chest circumference is exactly what it sounds like - a measurement around that adorable little heart.
These numbers are then compared to standard growth charts to see where your baby falls. Don't worry if they're not perfect "average" - babies come in all shapes and sizes! As long as the measurements are consistent and your doc gives the green light, your cutie is right on track.
Look, age ain't always the best way to figure out what size your little one needs. Kids grow at their own pace, y'know?
That's why our size charts have a handy weight and height guide to help you pick the perfect fit. No need to stress over numbers on a label, just check those measurements and you're golden
