🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging
• Free from stains, perfume, or signs of use
• Non-personalized products

If an item does not meet these conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because of their custom nature and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

• Personalized items with embroidery (names, initials, dates)
• Custom-made or made-to-measure outfits
• Made-to-order ceremonial garments
• Items that show signs of wear or alteration
• Final sale or discounted items
• Returns requested after 14 days

These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If your order included free shipping, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund
• We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed

🔁 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or style:

1. Place a new order for the desired item
2. Return the original item for a refund
3. Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was on our side

This ensures the new item is reserved and ships quickly.
