The Sophie Baptism Dress for a Girl by BATTESIMO
is a timeless heirloom christening gown designed for sacred ceremonies and meaningful family traditions. Created in a refined ivory color, this elegant dress blends historic craftsmanship with delicate Italian lace to create a truly unforgettable baptism look.
This luxury baptism dress for a girl is made using rare Merletti Italian lace, produced at the historic Merletti lace factory in Italy. The lace is woven on traditional looms that have been used for more than 70 years, preserving techniques that modern production can no longer replicate. The intricate pattern created on these antique machines gives the fabric exceptional depth, softness, and elegance.
The same lace is used by renowned European fashion houses and is rarely available outside exclusive collections. Within BATTESIMO, this historic lace is featured in the Sophie Collection, making each girl christening gown unique and truly special.
Designed with both beauty and comfort in mind, the dress features a soft cotton base with breathable batiste lining, ensuring a gentle feel against delicate baby skin. The silhouette is enhanced with elegant layers of soft tulle ruffles that create graceful movement while maintaining a classic baptism style.
This ivory baptism dress for a girl is available with long or short sleeves, allowing families to choose the perfect option for different seasons, church traditions, and ceremony styles.
The Sophie gown is perfect for:
